Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your eyewear securely in its original sustainable packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth, to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Processing & Refund
